"Tiffany is twisting and turning, and her mind won’t stop whirring…"
Tiffany knows there must be a PEA hidden under her bed. As she dives deep through mattresses and mysteries, she meets a fantastical cast of restless bed folk. What starts as a sleepless night becomes a journey through anxiety, fairy tale expectations — and unexpected family truths.
PEA is a magical 60-minute puppet show that reshapes the classic tale The Princess and the Pea into something entirely new: a bold, funny, warm-hearted adventure about self-belief, non-traditional families, and the courage to sleep soundly in your own story.
What Makes PEA Special
Fairy tales reimagined: No wicked stepmothers here — just real feelings and real families.
Award-nominated puppetry: A standout family show with enchanting visuals and soundscapes.
Big themes for small people: Gently explores anxiety, family identity and resilience.
End-on staging: Perfect for theatres, schools or community spaces with blackout options.
“An enchanting, adventurous journey that perceptively engages with themes of anxiety… Tiffany is an indisputable hero!” ★★★★ – Everything Theatre
“A wild adventure, expertly performed… A valuable and entertaining piece of puppetry showing how immersing yourself in storytelling can help remove obstacles.” ★★★★ – LouReviews
